Shipping terms for all orders are Free Carrier (FCA) Sellers Premises
The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the agreed common carrier at the seller's own premises. The goods can be delivered to a carrier nominated by the buyer, or to another party nominated by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. For more information about incoterms, please click here.
We offer the following standard shipping options on this site:
- Ground (we will use either UPS Ground/Standard or USPS Priority Mail)
- UPS nextDayAirSaver *
* Please note that for some destinations, UPS does not guarantee nextDay service, and we will use 2ndDayAir service instead.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, TOP-electronics USA LLC offers shipment for purchases made through this website only to locations within the United States and U.S. territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), and to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. For shipping to destinations outside the USA, Canada or Mexico, please contact us directly.
Shipments will be sent promptly after we have received your payment, but if there are any potential delays, we will notify you.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International Customs and import duties, brokerage fees etc. may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Please note that Insurance is not included. If you want your shipment insured, please contact us directly.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify that the country to which you are shipping permits the import of the products you wish to purchase. TOP-electronics LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Additional charges:
- For shipments less than $300, we charge a fee of $10 to cover handling costs. If applicable to this order, this charge will be included in the shipping cost.
- Any additional charges incurred as a result of the use of credit cards or PayPal are separately mentioned on the invoice.
